A series that stays afloat based on the idea of picking up chicks with a cool car. Hot Bods and Tail Pipe transferred to a reasonable quality DVD. The color is not real sharp or bright; the color on these discs resembles 70s television. Even the outdoor scenes seem slightly gray and low-contrast. In the picture, lots of the edges are jagged and there is a bad moire pattern. In addition, the colors are quite blotchy. Most of the problems are a result of a bad VHS, but the transition to DVD also added noise to the picture.

The problems are not quite as visible in Volume 2 of the series.
