I figured it was about time I did this, and the fact that I'm about to mail out a couple of packages to stars who I shot recently enough that their addresses on the model releases probably haven't changed yet has inspired me to use this blog for something else useful ...
Hi! I'm Mark Kernes, and one of the things I do when I go on sets is to shoot 3D pictures — slides, actually — of the performers, some of which I hope one day to publish as a book of 3D images — and if I do make a book deal, I'll be contacting the people I hope to put in it to pay them modeling fees, because that's only fair, since they were nice enough to allow me to shoot them and even give me releases.
But I don't keep all the shots I take, and the ones that aren't quite good enough for me to keep, I give to the people who are in them ... and therein lies the problem: I'm usually so late getting the slides mounted that I can't count on my subjects to still be at the addresses they put on their model releases — and sometimes, I didn't get a model release, so I have no address at all. So, for instance, when I sent a package a few months ago to Alexa Lynn, it came back, "Addressee Unknown." I also bring the slides with me to conventions and give some of them out there, but I only managed to give out a few at AEE (and I hope the folks who did get them enjoyed them).
So I figured, "Hey, I've got a blog; why not post the list of stars I have slides for, and they can contact me and tell me where to send them!" (Or, of course, in you're in the Chatsworth area for any reason, you could pick them up here at the AVN offices if you want.)
Anyway, what follows is the list of stars (and, occasionally, producers or directors) for whom I have stereo (3D) slides and a viewer .. and instructions on how to post 3D slides to a website, if they want to. I'm guessing a few of my subjects aren't even in the business anymore, but if anyone knows how to contact them and thinks they'd want 3D pictures of themselves (usually having sex), please put them in touch with me.
