Janine Charged With Tax Evasion

EUGENE, Ore. — The Internal Revenue Service has charged adult star Janine Lindemulder with failing to pay nearly $80,000 in income taxes for the year 2004, according to court documents posted today on TheSmokingGun.com..

The IRS filed the claim against Lindemulder June 18 in U.S. District Court in Eugene. Janine was arraigned Monday on the charges, pleaded not guilty and was released without bail. Her trial is scheduled for September 16 before a magistrate judge.

The document shows Lindemulder earned $350,101 in taxable income in 2004.
