Jay (LAJ) Kopita of YNOTMasters.com has been named the summer finalist for AdultChamber.com's Webmaster of the Year competition.
An adult business presence since May 2000, Kopita is YNOT News editor-in-chief and YNOT's communications director, following earlier service in YNOT's public relations department. He credits such mentors as YNOT Bob, Greg Geelan, Jeff Miller, and Magick for his advance. "I learned how to play the game," Kopita says, "and surrounded myself with successful, friendly, and knowledgeable people."
He was cited as well for his involvement in adult Internet chat boards, radio programming, and Webmaster conventions, and has authored a number of articles in several well-known industry publications like AVN Online and Klixxx, the latter a co-sponsor of the Webmaster of the Year contest.

AdultChamber.com will continue naming seasonal winners each quarter for the Webmaster of the Year competition, with the quarterly winners receiving a certificate, wireless headphones, and $1,000 worth of free Cool Piranha content as well as a bonus gift from Adult Revenue Service.
The Webmaster of the Year will be named at Internext in January 2004, with prizes to include a vacation for two to Hedonism III in Jamaica, $1,500 cash for airfare and spending money, a Viewsonic 17 inch flat-screen monitor, and a Hewlett-Packard PhotoSmart 4.1 megapixel digital camera donated by ARS. A runner-up will also be awarded a grand prize.
