Eva Angelina Wins Empire Girl Contest
Celebrates winning streak at VICE club Jan. 22

LOS ANGELES - Eva Angelina is the winner of the 2008 Empire Girl contest sponsored by Adult DVD Empire and LA Direct Models. The AVN Award-winning performer beat out 24 other contenders for the title, which was determined according to fan votes at adultdvdempire.com.
Angelina will receive a $5,000 cash prize in addition to her role as Adult DVD Empire's official spokesmodel for 2008. As the 2008 Empire Girl, Angelina will be featured in a number of ongoing promotions for the site including an exclusive hardcore scene.
"I don't believe it! I am truly amazed and very appreciative of the
fans that have taken the time to have voted for me," said Eva. "A very
special thanks to AdultDVDEmpire.com and L.A. Direct Models for
starting this contest."
Angelina competed against Daisy Marie, Alexis Amore and Penny Flame in the final round of the online contest. Angelina was recently named The Hottest Girl In Porn by the website of the same name, which runs a similar contest according to fan votes.
The Empire Girl victory also follows Angelina's success at the 2008 AVN Awards, where she won the Best Actress - Video and Best Solo Sex Scene trophies for her performance in Eli Cross' Upload (SexZ Pictures).
