TEMPE, Ariz. - CCBill has announced the addition of recurring transaction reactivation, a consumer subscription and sales retention feature.

The recurring transaction reactivation feature allows a customer to reactivate a subscription account with new billing information if the account fails to re-bill because a credit card is declined.

"The new feature provides consumer account holders with timely awareness of the deactivation via an email notification," said Ron Cadwell, CEO of CCBill. "This, coupled with the supplied link and simple reactivation process, will result in shorter time lapses between account deactivation and reactivation, and, ultimately, higher member retention."

The recurring transaction reactivation feature is enabled by default for those who use CCBill User Management.
