The seventh annual Vice is Nice fundraiser, hosted by Penthouse owner Kelly Holland, took place on her five-acre ranch near the Santa Susana Pass. Every year the event raises thousands of dollars for pet rescue organizations, with help from many adult companies and animal-loving performers.
