The Kat Is Back, and The Jo-Kerr’s on Her Tail

VENICE, Calif.—Bluebird Films has begun its 2011 U.S. shooting schedule, packing the next six weeks with production for three feature titles in addition to a variety of scenes for titles to be completed later this summer.

Starting the week with Katwoman, the studio’s much-anticipated follow-up to 2010’s award-winning Batfxxx, a number of media outlets were on hand to witness Dylan Ryder star as the sexy feline who takes on the twisted Jo-Kerr and his pretty pet Jo-Kette. Studio owner Paul Chaplin reprises his role as The Jo-Kerr with gorgeous Glambird Gemma Massey joining the cast as the villain’s insane enamorata.

One scene at a time, Bluebird is once again putting together top industry talent with exclusive performers from the Bluebird roster for scorching action in upcoming titles that will include NikitaXXX, Nip/Fuck and Baberunners. With four outstanding in-house directors—burgeoning talents Martha Washington and Marc Twain in addition to multiple-award-winning pros Nicholas Steele and Paul Chaplin—Bluebird has the creative force in place to continue producing the quality titles they’ve become known for.

As if production duties weren't enough, the Bluebird team is also hard at work on other fronts. And none works harder than Paul Chaplin. As owner of Bluebird Films, one would think Chaplin would be kept pretty busy, but the indefatigable company head also takes time to multi-task as producer, screenwriter, director, musician, photographer and clothing designer. In fact, he also pens a weekly column called “Paul Chaplin’s PC World” in the Saturday Sport, a U.K. newspaper.

Today, the self-made millionaire and playboy will join his beautiful Brit-mates Natasha Marley and Gemma Massey for an appearance on Playboy Radio’s Night Calls with Nicki Hunter, live at around 5 p.m. PST. The show can be heard on channel 99 on both XM and Sirius, and listeners are encouraged to phone in their questions and comments by calling in toll-free at (877) 205-9796.

Tomorrow night, Dylan Ryder will take a break from filming Katwoman to be ringside in Las Vegas when her sisters Jillian and Jocelyn Lybarger compete in an MMA Tuff-N-Uff event, sponsored by Bluebird Films and DylanRyder.com. The event will be aired on Las Vegas Television Channel 3 and fans from around the globe can watch the fights live at GoFightLive.com or TuffNUff.net. Highlights of the action will air in more than 47 million homes across the nation on Tuff-N-Uff's weekly highlights show on Sports South and Sun Sports.

Nicholas Steele’s first title in Bluebird Films’ new Seductions line, Dirty Little Secrets, streets this week—further expanding the appeal of its titles. Other Bluebird genres include Glambirds, Teenzine, MILFworld and Gotha. Bluebird Films’ sales and product information is available from Drew Dixon, VP of Sales, (818) 780-3866, [email protected].
