Nikki Phoenix Interviewed by Vegas Seven Magazine, DJOYbeat.com

LAS VEGAS, Nevada It has been a busy month for  Nikki Phoenix, who is halfway through completing her electronic dance music (EDM) album on the heels of the successful release of her single, "My Addiction," which was featured at this year's ULTRA Music Festival. In conjunction with her musical endeavors, Phoenix appears in the current issue of Vegas Seven Magazine in an article entitled "Nikki Phoenix Plays Beauty and the Beat," in which she talks about her passion for EDM, her fitness lifestyle and weight loss, and her adult and mainstream exploits.

The magazine, on newsstands now, is a weekly city magazine that has emerged as one of Las Vegas’ most dynamic, innovative and visually interesting publication. With each issue, readers not only better understand their city, but learn how to live their lives better. Unlike most weeklies, Vegas Seven touches on all categories of Las Vegas life—from fashion and food to health and sports to politics and education, and it does so with authority, using knowledgeable and skilled writers, editors, photographers and designers available. The interview, conducted by veteran nightlife journalist Deanna Rilling, highlights the many facets of the electronic-dance music community that Phoenix is part of.

"After seeing her other interviews and all of the buzz on Social Media, we knew we had to interview Nikki, because it's really rare to see someone pursuing their passions and excelling, especially in multiple areas that are so competitive," says Rilling. "It also exemplifies what we love so much about Vegas and showcases yet another local and their talents, who is making a positive impact on not just Vegas, but the world around them as a whole. We are really looking forward to what the future holds for such a bright and goal oriented young woman, and wish her great success with her much anticipated upcoming album release."

In addition, her in-depth interview for DJOYbeat.com is also available now. The interview, shot by director Miles Long, was filmed in Las Vegas and conducted by veteran electronic-music journalist Deanna Rilling. DJOYbeat.com (the D is silent) is a place nightlife fans can go to find the best DJs, events, festivals, and venues around the world. The in-depth interview talks about how she entered into modeling, both mainstream and adult, her passion for EDM music, her multiple awards nominations this year, and shows a teaser of her latest endeavor, aerial circus performing, which she has seriously been pursuing since the beginning of this year.

"We were extremely happy to be able to interview Nikki while she had a free moment here in Las Vegas, as her story is truly inspiring and confidence-building for women and it is great to see someone pursuing their passions in all aspects of their life: Adult, mainstream, and music," said Rilling. "It was also great to hear that she is already in production on her upcoming album, since her first single has been so well-received by the EDM community. We at DJOYbeat look forward to following her career closely and are already talking about future collaborations with her and her management team."

Phoenix's latest endeavor, aerial circus performing, is something she has been pursuing in preparation for her feature dancing act, as well as her anticipation to perform her EDM singles at major dance clubs later this year. Hard at work at Polecats Aerial Fitness, in Las Vegas, Phoenix has taken a particular liking to the aerial silks and the Lyra.

I've always been fascinated by the Aerialists, especially the Lyra, and when I saw Belladonna do her Aerial Silks at the AVN Awards show, I knew that would not only be a great thing for me to do fitness wise, but also something that would make my upcoming feature dance act very unique as well," she said. "I've been hard at work since the beginning of this year, and have already bought my own Lyra to practice at home as well."

Phoenix's whose website, nikkiphoenixxx.com, which launched this year at AVN, has also been gaining popularity because of her numerous mainstream endeavors. In addition to many personal touches, and latest information on her events, schedule and mainstream exploits, it features solo, G/G and B/G shoots that cannot be found anywhere else on the web.

"I'm so thankful for my fans, who have been so loyal and supported me in my journey, on both my mainstream and adult paths," she said. "I really wanted to give them a website that showed them not only the things I'm interested in and the things I'm doing, but also give them content that they couldn't get anywhere else! Not only will you get to see just how much I really love girls, but also awesome Boy/Girl content and more that I reserved just for my site and my site alone. My site will be the only place where you can see this side of me and just now naughty I can be. Because my fans have been so loyal, I wanted to give them a place where they can see me explore my sexuality and do things you won't see anywhere else in the adult market."
