LOS ANGELES—Actor and radio and internet host James Bartholet will conduct an acting workshop this Sunday, March 9 from 1-4pm. The special workshop will be geared toward adult performers who want to sharpen their acting chops, and will cover the basics of comedic and dramatic acting and improvisation, as well as cold reading and audition preparations.

The workshop will be in Sherman Oaks. The price will be $30.00 per student.

The classes are three hours long, and interested students should sign up now for the workshop on the 9th as the workshop space is filling fast. The workshop will start promptly at 1pm.

“Several performers have been contacting me lately to do another acting workshop, and with so many parodies and features being made now, it's time to get ahead in the industry and keep working," said Bartholet. "Plus, some industry performers are making the leap into mainstream projects, so you need to be prepared. We’ve had great responses from our previous workshop. Many of my previous students have gone on to receive award nominations and have gotten cast in more roles."

Bartholet has years of experience in acting, directing and producing in the mainstream and adult industries, and acts in many of the top award-winning and popular adult parodies and features. Bartholet has won numerous industry awards for his diverse acting performances, and has several mainstream projects out now. He also has coached actors in the adult and mainstream, and has performed onstage in sketch comedy performances at the world famous Comedy Store on the Sunset Strip.

Signup for the workshop has started; all interested performers should contact Bartholet by email now james@galaxypublicity.com and put “workshop sign up” in the header, or call the office at (310) 652-0770.
