Via Twitter, Brian Street Team had this to say about his nomination: “Out of the 100′s of porn awards out there, I have never been nominated for best male performer. Thanks Inked Awards!”

“We started these awards because we felt inked performers are usually overlooked at the more mainstream award shows,” said Inked Angels’ owner, Jason Jones. “We wanted to let them know that their hard work is appreciated.”
