LOS ANGELES—Brandi Love has been taking on more roles in feature movies, which has left the career-driven adult performer with a desire to boost her thespian tendencies. After roles in Axel Braun's This Ain’t Game of Thrones XXX (Hustler Video) and Brad Armstrog's upcoming Aftermath (Wicked Pictures), she found that she really enjoyed acting. To prepare herself for more work in the future, Love is now taking classes with an acting and voice coach from New York City.
The adult performer has hired Leslie Shuman to coach her a few times a month on how to "perfect her tool” to naturally deliver lines and channel the context of various situations in order to convey the emotions.
"Actors get far too little credit for their art,” Love said. “Acting is incredibly tough. Learning to naturally convey emotion while delivering a believable line borders on impossible. In a typical scene our vulnerability is limited to our sexuality. When you are asked to actually act you have to be willing to make vulnerable something far more intimate. It's an exciting challenge!"
