Bobbi Starr Hits Comedy Circuit

LOS ANGELES—AVN Award winning performer Bobbi Starr scores a one-two mainstream punch with upcoming appearances on the The Naughty Show at the Hollywood Improv on Sept. 30, and The Morning After… podcast on Oct. 1.

The Naughty Show features Sam Tripoli, host of Spike TV's Wild World of Spike, Bryan Callen from the hit movie The Hangover, Felicia Michaels, Julia Lillis, Bunny Fever and Jim Florentine from The Howard Stern Show, as well as Matt and Froy from Operation Repo. Fellow performer and AVN Award winner Lisa Ann will also represent the adult industry with Starr on the show.

Starr also will be featured on the The Morning After… podcast hosted by comedians Eli Olsberg and Jake Weisman. The episode will be their live show—appropriately enough on Oct. 1, the day after Starr's appearance on The Naughty Show—and will be recorded at Meltdown Comics in Hollywood. Steve Agee, from The Sarah Silverman Program, as well as X-rated starlet Kimberly Kane will appear on the podcast.

"The Naughty Show and The Morning After… have track records of putting together a great lineup of some of the funniest people working in standup with some of the most recognizable stars in our business," Starr said. "I'm very happy to be featured on both shows and to be part of each show's amazing lineup of talent. I'm hoping to see all my friends in the industry and my amazing fans at both shows."

The Naughty Show will be performed at the Hollywood Improv, 8162 Melrose Avenue, on Sept. 30, at 10 p.m. Tickets are $14. The Morning After… podcast will be taped at Meltdown Comics, 7522 Sunset Boulevard, on Oct. 1, at 8 p.m. Tickets are $10 online or $12 at the door.
