LA Weekly Profiles Legal War Led By Jeff Stryker

Retired porn performer Jeff Stryker, a member of the AVN Hall of Fame, sits at the helm of a three-year-old legal feud with bohemian folk lounge Kulak's Woodshed. The dispute is detailed in a three-page feature in this week's edition of alternative publication LA Weekly.

At the heart of the conflict is the disruption Stryker (referred to primarily throughout the article by his real name, Charles Peyton) feels Kulak's inflicts upon his work on an autobiographical memoir and his Websites in the office he maintains next door to the club.

Dubbed "one of the most bitter wars of words in recent Valley history" by the Weekly, the dispute involves claims on Stryker's part against Kulak's of not holding permits for entertainment, refreshment sales and off-site parking, among other matters of noncompliance.
