Vivid Entertainment Group and Club Jenna have released an online trailer for the forthcoming feature Janine Loves Jenna.
The 3-minute internet preview is only the first taste of a massive promotional campaign planned for the March 15 release.
Porn mega-starlets Jenna Jameson and Janine Lindemulder will be featured in a Times Square billboard advertising the movie, which will be issued on DVD in a limited-edition 2-disc collector's tin autographed by both starlets. Other marketing efforts in the works include a private party for distributors and stores only, and a possible three-city tour for the leading ladies.
"We expect Janine Loves Jenna to be one of the biggest movies of the year," said Vivid's national sales manager Howard Levine. "This is the first new footage of Jenna Jameson that's come out in two-and-a-half years. She looks absolutely unbelievable in it, and the sex is outrageous. It is a very, very expensive movie, and I think that everybody will see that the money was well-spent."
Directed by Justin Sterling (who shares screenplay credit with D-Cypher), Janine Loves Jenna opens with Jameson's character committing suicide in a hotel room. Transported to a kind of sexual purgatory, she must journey through Hades to effect her release from the underworld. Along the way, she meets the Sex Goddess of Hades (Janine), who guides her through a series of her perverse erotic fantasies on a path that leads to the King of Hades (Sterling).
The movie's seven hardcore scenes adhere to Club Jenna's "gonzo sex in a feature film" credo. Among the highlights: a threeway scene featuring Jenna, Janine and Justine Joli; a four-way b/g orgy with Jenna, Janine, Justin Sterling and Manuel Ferrara; and a climactic girl/girl bout between the titular starlets.
The supporting cast includes Katja Kassin, Naudia Nyce, Dominica Leoni, Cherokee, Veronica Lynn, Sativa Rose, Nicole Brazzle, Julian, Tommy Gunn, Vincent Vega, Jerry, Mario Rossi and Reno.
