CineKink Kinky Film Festival Hits Oakland For One Night September 8

NEW YORK CITY—Films that celebrate and explore a wide diversity of sexuality will screen on Thursday, September 8, at 9:00 PM, as CineKink, "the kinky film festival," returns to Oakland for a hot one-night stand.

Screening at The New Parkway (474 24th Street, Oakland), "Best of CineKink/2016” is a collection of sexy shorts deemed the best during CineKink's most recent festival run. This year's assortment, with works ranging from documentary to drama, comedy to experimental, mildly spicy to quite explicit, includes Pepper (Patrick Aubert), Dad in Mum (Fabrice Bracq), Everybody Does It (Megan Brotherton), Feminist Porn Filmmakers (Lora Hristova), Wild Lovers (Isabel Dresler), I Am a Tourist I Would Like to See Him Naked (Margie Schnibbe), Locked (René de Sans and Mamana), RITES (BunnyZ) and An Appointment With My Master (Erika Lust).

Filmmaker Isabel Dresler and performer Jiz Lee will join CineKink's festival director and curator, Lisa Vandever, for a post-screening discussion.

Admission is $10, with the festival strongly recommending advance purchase; 18 and over only.
