Wicked Girls Wrap Mainstream Film 'Barry Munday'

LOS ANGELES - Wicked Pictures contract girls jessica drake, Kaylani Lei, and Mikayla Mendez recently wrapped a scene in Barry Munday, an "absurdist fantasy-comedy about a young man who wakes up to discover he's missing his family jewels."

Based on Frank Turner Hollon's novel "Life Is A Strange Place," the Prospect Pictures feature stars Academy Award® nominee Chloe Sevigny, Malcolm McDowell, Cybill Shepherd, Mae Whitman, Christopher McDonald, Billy Dee Williams, Colin Hanks, and Patrick Wilson.

The Wicked starlets play themselves as "celebrity judges in an air-guitar contest."

"It was a great experience," said jessica. "The whole crew was wonderful; we even had our own trailer. Shooting went very smoothly, and after we finished our close-ups and singles, we were surrounded by people wanting to take pictures with us! We had a great time and I'm happy that I got to add another mainstream movie to my list of accomplishments as a Wicked Girl!"

"I had so much fun!" said Kaylani. "Everyone was great to work with, and the air guitarists themselves were totally hot! We had a good time and I would love to work with these people again."

New Wicked girl Mikayla expressed similar sentiments. "The air guitar contest was hilarious!" she said. "I had to look away at times so I could stop laughing. I definitely had fun on the movie!"

Barry Munday is directed by Chris D'Arienzo (pictured above with the Wicked Girls.) Production is slated to continue into the summer, and the film is currently scheduled for release in the fall.
