Two Women Drop Lawsuit Against Joe Francis

PENSACOLA, Fla. - Two women have dropped a federal lawsuit against 'Girls Gone Wild' founder Joe Francis in the face of video evidence released on the internet last month.

Brooke Pastolic and Christina Rose filed suit against Francis and his company Mantra Films in June, claiming that footage of them appeared on two 'Girls Gone Wild' DVDs without their consent. But the video clearly shows both girls giving permission to use the footage.

According to TMZ.com, Patsolic and Brose have issued a statement saying that they’ve “agreed to dismiss our lawsuit” and that “Girls Gone Wild and Joe Francis have suffered as a result of this law suit and our actions.”

Both women maintain that they have not been financially compensated by Francis or his production company, Mantra Films.

"I am prepared to fight back, and I will defend myself against all baseless accusations," Francis told TMZ.
