TIJUANA - Trina Michaels made her debut for Mexico's Triple A wrestling federation in front of a sold-out crowd during the annual Lucha Libre Christmas show at the Auditorio de Tijuana.
Now billed as Katrina, the former porn actress was featured in the pageant as the evil manager of former WWE/WCW stars Konnan, Teddy Hart, Jack Evans, Chuck Polumbo and Damien 666. Clips of the match can be found online at dailymotion.com.
"I've only been in the wrestling biz for six months so this is all still surreal to me," said Trina. "I never in a million years would have thought I'd be working for Triple A, especially on their big Christmas show."
Katrina will appear at the 2009 AVN Adult Entertainment Expo Jan. 8 and 9. She will continue her career as a pro wrestling manager and model in the coming year, with various independent promotions already booked for Los Angeles, San Antonio, Tx., and Oceanside, Calif. She plans to train for several months in Louisville, Ky., with Ohio Valley Wrestling.
