Tenn. State Trooper Indicted in Porn Star Scandal

LEBANON, Tenn. - A former state trooper who lost his job over an on-duty tryst with porn star Barbie Cummings has now been arrested by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.

According to the Associated Press, agents arrested James "Randy" Moss after a Wilson County grand jury indicted him on 10 charges related to his traffic stops. The charges include tampering with evidence, official misconduct and official oppression.

Moss made national headlines earlier this year after Blacks on Blondes contract girl Cummings wrote on her website that she avoided a drug charge by giving the officer a blowjob during a traffic stop.

The Tennessee Highway Patrol fired Moss in May, giving him the option of a hearing before he was officially dismissed. Moss was later allowed to resign, because earlier in the day, he had sent a letter of resignation, though officials said that they didn't know about the letter until after they had notified him he was fired.

A series of complaints from other women arose against Moss after the Cummings story broke.
