Sunshine Films has announced the launch of its first website dedicated to VoD/PPV.
Designed to be consumer-friendly, it features a wide range of product, including classics with John Holmes and Seka, features, ethnic-themed titles, fetishes of all types, compilations, the original Seymore Butts titles featuring Shane's earliest appearances, and titles from the Odyssey Group line and All Good Video.
"I'm excited to launch one of the industry's largest catalog of exclusive content to the market," said site developer Matt Beck. "We are looking forward to remaining on the cutting edge of Video on Demand technologies and fulfilling the never-ending hunger for quality entertainment at the click of a button."
The site will also contain information that will be useful to distributors, such as dates of production and running times. Both straight and gay titles will be represented on the site for one-stop viewing by either the wholesale or retail user.
Sunshine will be adding material daily until all of their nearly 12,000 titles are logged on. Plans for consumer-direct sales of DVD are in the works, but not available as of yet, a Sunshine spokesman said.
