Stagliano's 'Fashionistas' Featured in Rolling Stone

John’s Stagliano’s Las Vegas performance show, Fashionistas, based on the adult title of the same name about a love triangle centering on a European designer, was featured in the Oct. 5 issue of Rolling Stone magazine. The item, which was written by Richard Abowitz, was in a package called “The Essential Las Vegas.”

Stagliano’s show has been making news since its inception in late 2004 at the Desert Passage Mall in the Aladdin. The AVN Hall of Fame director and Evil Angel owner's use of sadomasochistic visuals has both shocked and delighted critics and audiences, but understandably, made the performance a lightning rod for all sorts of varied opinion.

Stagliano and Evil Angel have recently released the sequel to the AVN award-winning title called Fashionistas Safado: The Challenge. Meanwhile, Stagliano is already at work editing the follow-up to Fashionistas Safado: The Challenge called Fashionistas Safado: Berlin, set for release in early 2007, to be followed by a box set of the two Fashionistas Safado titles that includes a soundtrack CD.

A Web site on the The Fashionistas movies is online at www.fashionistasmovies.com. It includes trailers, teasers, production notes, video clips and other items.
