LOS ANGELES - Justin Slayer International has signed performer/director Prince Yahshua to an exclusive, two-year contract.
"We're making a power move in the industry," JSI vice-president and co-founder HJ told AVN. "We're taking serious steps to own the interracial market. With Prince Yahshua under exclusive contract and CJ Wright limiting his work mostly to our product, the distributors will now know exactly where to come for premium interracial product that does well for their stores."
Prince and CJ have each moved big numbers for Slayer's company. Prince Yahshua directs the top-selling series Black Assassin and CJ has directed a number of successful BBW releases such as Bumpin' Body Phat. Both directors own their product in a model similar to the arrangement at Slayer's former home, Evil Angel.
While he is not bound to Slayer by the same exclusive terms as Prince Yahshua, Wright has committed to mainly perform for JSI - and not for its major competitors.
"Prince has consistently owned the charts for five months, and CJ has been #1 on the specialty charts for several months, as well," HJ said. "Those names are well-established in the ethnic realm, and that's where you'll go to get that premier product. We're restricting where you're gonna be able to have those premium performers."
Both directors will continue their existing series under the new arrangement. The company also plans to feature CJ, Prince and Justin together in big interracial productions featuring A-list female talent. One of the first such all-star releases is titled Latin Chicks Got Good Pussy.
