HOLLYWOOD, Calif.—Just a couple weeks ago, at the Vice Is Nice bash, Will Ryder regaled AVN personnel with the notion that the mainstream musical Jersey Boys would make a dandy porno. Before we could decide if the parody king was actually serious about the notion, a release rolled in announcing his intentions to add an XXX to the end of the celebrated play and Clint Eastwood-directed film about the 1960s group the Four Seasons and lead singer Frankie Valli.
And in this week's news, Ryder has a bit of charmed casting to report: Multi-faceted adult performer Tommy Pistol has been cast to play the role of Frankie Valli in his Jersey Boys XXX: The Porn Musical.
The movie continues in the musical vein that brought Ryder such success at last year's AVN Awards Show: Grease XXX and Not the Wizard of Oz XXX. Ryder noted that Pistol “was the perfect choice to play the Italian crooner because of his resemblance, quick wit, humor, acting ability and his reliability as a solid woodsman.”
Pistol said, "I'm really excited to get this role because Frankie Valli has one of the coolest careers in show business and he's still performing, and the fact we get to create a porn parody musical made me immediately jump at the opportunity."
Ryder believes Jersey Boys is a prime candidate to have an adult movie parody created due to the ongoing success of the Broadway musical, which has multiplied to a dozen stage companies performing it around the world. It is a fan favorite in Las Vegas and returns to Los Angeles in September. And Clint Eastwood's filmed version is out in theaters now.
"This is the perfect project at the perfect time and Tommy Pistol is the perfect actor to play Frankie Valli," Ryder said.
Ryder added that he has been immersed in the music of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons for the past 60 days. He has also seen the movie and stage musical multiple times. He is currently producing and recording the parody musical selections with his music studio partner Rock Hardson.
"We take creating the music very seriously and this is going to be among the top-selling adult movies of the year. It will be worthy of couples that want to enjoy good sexual entertainment with a high quality production and I predict a real blockbuster, as they say. I am a huge Jersey Boys fan and we will not disappoint anybody," Ryder promised.

Jersey Boys XXX: The Porn Musical will be in stores in late September.
