The day started bright and early, with a 10 am breakfast at the venerable Pantry Café at Ninth and Figueroa after a slow drive through downtown L.A. past the Bradbury building and the former Times Mirror Square, now just another Tribune Company, the words Times Mirror slowly fading in the midmorning drizzle… Sausage and eggs, pancakes, toast and coffee, and change back from your $10 bill… Into the Convention Center parking structure, slowly following the pack before taking a quick unexpected detour to Tod's Secret Parking Area, just outside the entrance doors and not usually opened till noon… At 11 am, there are four lines of 20 people each outside four not-open-for-an-hour-yet ticket booths… First thing I see is a flashing Pussycat Theatre sign, indicating a revival of that well-known logo in t-shirts, tank tops, and a clock… Brian Jones from Adam & Eve says the show was busy last night. "I was impressed." Adam & Eve is doing a new compilation line called Money Shots, he tells me. Three internal-pop scenes, three facial-pop scenes, three female squirting scenes…
