Q Television, the gay cable network seen nationally on such providers as Time/Warner, has signed adult entertainment personality Jason Sechrest to appear weekly on one of its most popular shows, On Q Live, Sechrest announced in a press release Tuesday.
On Q Live is broadcast from 4:30 to 6 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday from the Q TV studio in North Hollywood, Calif.
The adult entertainment segment, which will air live on Tuesdays beginning Sept. 27, will feature Sechrest as the resident porn reporter, giving the latest news and gossip on what's hot and what's not in naked Hollywood.
"I'm so excited to have taken this position with Q Television," Sechrest said. "To be the one bringing the latest word from our business to such a mainstream venue is an honor and I'm looking forward to it. It will be very daunting for me... you know, talking to people who are actually clothed!"
Sechrest has been a print and broadcast journalist in adult entertainment for over seven years. He is best known for his porn website, JasonCurious.com, "where he allows the regular Joe and Jane to live vicariously through the boy who knows every porn star you've ever wanted to sleep with."
Sechrest recently started his own adult video production company, DV8 Entertainment, which is scheduled to begin production in October.
