Adult retailer Greg Sakas reports that local law enforcement is tightening the screws in the ongoing campaign to shut down his store Pure Bliss. According to Sakas, one of his store managers was arrested last night for a third-degree misdemeanor stemming from a Jan. 26 police raid on the store.

New Bern police have also charged Sakas and three other employees with the same misdemeanor under a state law which prohibits novelties and videos from being sold under the same roof. Further charges may be pending.
