A burglary in progress at an adult novelty shop was broken up on Monday by local authorities, according to a recently published report. Police arrested 24-year-old Daniel Soldinie.
A patrol officer noticed the alarm blasting at Eve's Apple and a white male running from the building lugging a black object, according to the Biloxi Sun Herald.
Cops and Sheriff’s deputies from several surrounding areas descended upon the nearby woods where authorities said Soldinie was hiding.
According to the Sun Herald, police allegedly found a black money box, store merchandise and a crack pipe on Soldinie, who was being held on a $51,000 bond at the Hancock Justice Facility.
