Penthouse magazine has named sales executive P.J. Lucus associate publisher.
Lucus had most recently served as associate publisher of Golf World magazine and will now report directly to Diane Silberstein, Penthouse’s president and publisher.
“P.J. is a well-respected, results driven executive who embraces the daily changing media menu and he’ll lead our team of passionate sales executives, sharing Penthouse’s vision and executable multi-platform offerings,” Silberstein said.
Lucus said he was looking forward to working with the magazine which recently underwent a major makeover.
“I’m dually excited to be able to work with such a talented team. We’ll be opening a lot of eyes with our revamped product and I can’t wait to take Penthouse out to the marketplace.”
Lucus had served as advertising manager/classifieds director a New York Magazine and was New York manager for Field and Stream and Outdoor Life magazines. He also held sales positions at Men’s Health, Esquire and Footwear News, previously.
