New Zealand Porn Company Eyes Stock Exchange

AUCKLAND, New Zealand - Kiwi businessman Steve Crow is looking to put shares of his adult production company, Vixen Direct, on New Zealand's stock exchange, the NZX.

According to the New Zealand Herald, Crow is seeking up to $5 million to expand his adult retail business into Australia and South Africa. Crow told the Herald that he has already lined up a broker, but has been unable to find an accounting firm willing to value his business because most firms have rejected his offer on moral grounds.

Crow, who also plans on running for Mayor of Auckland, sued the NZX in 2003 for copyright infringement (he owned an adult magazine of the same name, at the time) but now seems eager to get on board. He intends to launch a prospectus next month.
