CHATSWORTH, CA—New Sensations launches its new imprint "Tales from the Edge" on Sept. 22 with the release of I Love My Hot Wife, a sex-positive depiction of what the company is calling the "hotwifing lifestyle," presented in scripted vignettes inspired by "true tales of the hotwifing community." A companion line to Digital Sin's bestselling "Tabu Tales," "Tales from the Edge" explores themes and relationships rooted in the traditional, but taken to the extreme.
"We've done really well with features and vignettes that present a darker edge in their storytelling," said Belle Casten-Taylor, media sales director for New Sensations and Digital Sin. "With 'Tales from the Edge,' we want to continue to tell bold stories, but from a more relatable perspective. I Love My Hot Wife, for example, touches on a lifestyle that exists, but is titillating and shocking to many. That makes for hot, edgy erotica. We're very excited to launch 'Tales from the Edge,' and are looking forward to retailer response."
I Love My Hot Wife was helmed by award-winning writer and director Jacky St. James, who strove to capture the essence of "hotwifing" in an eroticized, but honest manner. "Hotwifing" is the practice of sharing one's wife sexually with other men, while deriving pleasure from watching her arousal. Not to be confused with cuckoldry, the act involves no humiliation or displays of dominance, just an overwhelming desire to see one's significant other lose all of her sexual inhibitions.
"I learned so much about sex and love while researching and working on I Love My Hot Wife ," Jacky St. James said. "A lot of people think that marriage means the end of sexual freedom and that's completely untrue. There's this entire culture of couples that take part in 'hotwifing' and their relationships and sex lives are made stronger for it. True love isn't always about limiting one's self sexually. Sometimes, it's giving your partner the freedom to express themselves emotionally and physically without constraints. Love without limitations can be a profoundly beautiful thing."
I Love My Hot Wife features performances by "hot wives" Romi Rain, Sovereign Syre, Siri, and cover girl Ava Dalush. Lovers are played by Toni Ribas, Xander Corvus, Chad White, and mainstream crossover star James Deen, respectively. Rounding out the cast are "husbands" Michael Vegas, Logan Pierce, Otto Bauer, and Richie Calhoun.
Tales from the Edge: I Love My Hot Wife has a runtime of 122 minutes, and includes an exclusive photo gallery and candid behind-the-scenes featurette.
