Director Mike John has left Red Light District. He exclusively told AVN.com that “as of January 4, I have ended my relationship with Red Light District…they will no longer be distributing my films.”
John did not feel comfortable giving specific reasons why he left, but did briefly comment on his future.
“Luckily, I haven’t had a problem selling my films, so there are some people I have to talk to, but I think the future looks pretty good,” said John.
John has had a lot of success, since his early days at Anabolic, with such POV titles and series as A Perverted Pont of View and POV Pervert.
David Joseph, president of Red Light District, told AVN.com, “I wish Mike the best of luck. I like Mike as a person, and I think he’s a talented director, so I hope he has good things in his future…he deserves it.”
