There's a musical biopic of Deep Throat's Linda Lovelace in the works, with the music being written by Five-foot-two label partners Charlotte Caffey of the Go-Go's and singer/songwriter Anna Waronker.
Lyrics for the musical and an accompanying book were written by Jeffrey Bowman, who is co-directing the stage production.
Former Red Kross frontman Steven McDonald, Waronker's husband, is co-musical director of the production.
The production will star Tina Yothers, who played Jennifer on Family Ties. The show will premiere June 20 at the Theatre of NOTE on Cahuenaga Blvd. For reservations call (323) 856-8611.
