Hustler Video is generating brisk sales with Barely Legal Jungle Fever, the first all-interracial title to be issued under the banner of LFP's long-running young-girl brand.
According to Hustler Video's national sales manager David Diamond, Barely Legal Jungle Fever has sold over 3,500 pieces since its release on Feb. 20. Diamond noted that DVD sales of other Barely Legal sub-brands average between 2,200 and 2,500 units.
"Retailers can't get enough of Barely Legal Jungle Fever," Diamond said. "We sold out of our supply in a week, and our reorders are very strong. Clearly, the customers are loving this film, and we're committed to giving them what they want."
In stores now, Barely Legal Jungle Fever stars Paulina James, Brooke Scott, Alexia Milano, Annette Schwarz and Nina Stevens. Diamond attributed the high sales volume to the combination of a strong interracial hook, a fresh, young cast of up-and-comers, and hot sex including an anal scene and a threesome.
"This was a great movie to film," said director Richard de Montfort, who also helmed the all-anal release Barely Legal Straight A Student. "The girls enjoyed every minute of it! Brooke Scott was having such a good time that she continued having sex with Sledge Hammer way after the scene was finished!"
