K-Beech Video has secured U.S. rights to European distributor Playhouse International's popular hardcore line Porno Static. The series will be distributed through K-Beech's Backend Productions division.
Porno Static is noted for its all-European cast and hard-edged content. Backend's initial DVD release schedule for the brand comprises 20 titles, with the first volume, Girly Riders, available April 13. Shot in Hi Def, Girly Riders stars Antonia Deona, Elizabeth Michelle Lawrence, Natalie Heck, Simone Banks and Aaliyah.
"We had a lot of success with Killergram, another European line, and I wanted to get something a little more hardcore for some of the customers that want it," Backend's Ray Burke told AVN.com. "With a lot of my Backend releases, the covers aren't that hard, but the Porno Static covers are quite hard."
"Porno Static has something for everyone," Burke continued. "Each volume mixes it up, with very hot European girls who do it all. While there is a very strong theme running through each volume, each scene within that volume showcases something unique."
