ORLANDO, Fla. - Evil Angel’s John and KS recited their wedding vows on November 26 at the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Fla.
Thanksgiving week has always been a special time of year for the couple, since John's birthday falls on November 29 (this year he turned 57). They’ve spent the holiday week in Hawaii or the Bahamas every year since 1999.
This year, already planning for their wedding, the couple decided to vacation in Orlando after KS saw some wedding pictures in Disney World brochures and convinced John that it would also be a good place to tie the knot.
"Some of my friends were surprised to hear that John and I weren't officially married yet,” Stagliano said. “When I was pregnant with our daughter in 2001, I legally changed my last name to Stagliano because we wanted our daughter to have the same last name as both of us.
“John and I said commitment vows to each other and left it at that. It wasn't until this year that we both felt like it was the right time to have a full ceremony. With so many things in the world unsure, our love at home is one of the things that has kept both of us grounded and strong."
The wedding party consisted of maid of honor Laura, best man Joey Silvera (one of the first directors to join the Evil Empire), the Stagliano's daughter as the flower girl and Laura's daughter as the ring bearer. Reverend Jack Day officiated.
