Adult entertainment personality Jason Sechrest has contributed a full-length commentary track to the new Lionsgate Special Edition DVDÂ of the 1986 Madonna/Sean Penn vehicle Shanghai Surprise. The disc hits store shelves today.
"One critic referred to this as the worst movie of the entire decade," said Sechrest, who was hired by Lionsgate to lend his talents to the commentary. "No one even remotely involved in the movie wanted anything to do with this special edition re-release, so here I am. This was particularly special to me because Madonna has obviously been a huge inspiration to me since I was singing "Crazy For You" in the sandbox at six years old.
