Janine’s Custody Battle Heats Up

COSTA MESA, Calif.—The custody battle between adult star Janine Lindemulder and her philandering ex-husband, Jesse James, continues to heat up in an Orange County courtroom.

The court today denied James’ claim that Lindemulder should be denied her visitation rights because of alleged drug use—but not before some increased drama involving her current husband, who wrote the court a letter claiming the star “abuses every prescription she gets” and is “high on pills.”

The court subsequently received a second letter from the now-estranged Jeremy Aikman withdrawing his prior allegations because he was worried for Lindemulder’s safety and felt guilty, sources told TMZ.com.

Based on the second letter, the court allowed the current order to stand in which Lindemulder is granted unmonitored visitation rights with her 6-year-old daughter, Sunny.

“There’s no drugs,” Lindemulder told TMZ.com cameras outside the courthouse. “I will pee anytime. Bring it!”

Visitation might come a little harder, though, for Lindemulder. James’ lawyer told People.com that his client planned to move to Texas by the end of the month.

Lindemulder claims she’ll do whatever it takes to be with her daughter.

"I'm willing to relocate anywhere to be with my daughter no matter what it takes," Lindemulder told People.com, despite her earlier protest. "Sunny's my heart, I'm not just going to let her go. I want Sunny to be around the people she loves, which includes Jesse, Sandra, her baby brother Louis and her other siblings."

The next hearing in the case is scheduled for July 12.
