Sirius Satellite Radio shock jock Bubba the Love Sponge Clem has been slapped with a lawsuit by an Internet porn model who claims he forced her to perform a sex act on the air.

Hope Miller, also known as Brooke Skye on her adult Web site, is asking for $15,000 in damages in her suit she filed Friday. She also claims Clem flew in a porn model to have sex with her using a sex toy, the Tampa Tribune reported.

Miller said in her suit that the sex toy was too big and that Clem forced the sex act to go on despite her objections on June 12.

Miller is also suing Sirius, the cast members of his show as well as Internet porn model Melissa Harrington, also known as Melissa Midwest in her adult site.

The show is recorded in Tampa and airs on Sirius on weekdays.

She claims in her suit that Clem didn’t tell her another model would be use a sex toy on her when she agreed to appear on the show. Clem scolded her when she tried back out of the stunt, and that he threatened to stop promoting her Web site, the suit said.

Clem’s attorney could not be reached for comment, the Tribune reported.

Clem was fired form WXTB in Tampa Bay in February 2004 after receiving $755,000 in fines from the Federal Communications Commission.
