LOS ANGELES - Harmony Films is hiding the first of eight "golden tickets" to the 2009 AVN Awards inside copies of its new DVD, Young Harlots: Dirty Secrets.
Lucky fans who find the golden tickets will attend the awards in Las Vegas with hardcore starlet Bobbi Starr and director Gazzman, Harmony's head of production and creator of the acclaimed Fuck Me series.
Yong Harlots: Dirty Secrets is the British studio's first self-distributed DVD release to hit the U.S. market. The company split from longtime American distributor Evil Angel in September and opened a domestic sales office in Van Nuys this month.
"Our fan base in the U.S. is growing tremendously and it's only gotten bigger since we've started distributing our own product in the States," said Jason Maskell, sales and marketing manager for Harmony Films. "Our fans are as much a part of our success as Bobbi and Gazzman, and we're excited to give eight of them the chance to share in the unique experience of celebrating with us at the AVN Awards Show."
The remaining golden tickets will appear in other upcoming Harmony releases, including Strangelove's Ladies of Pleasure later this month, Nymphomaniac: Bobbi Starr and Tanya Hyde Sex Maniac next month.
Hosted by Jenna Haze and Belladonna, the 2009 AVN Adult Movie Awards show takes place Jan. 10 at the Mandalay Bay Events Center.
