PHOENIX, Ariz. - Adult retailer Fascinations is hosting a special in-store signing with the Club Jenna girls today at its stores in Tolleson (8367 W.McDowell) and Tempe (838 W. Elliot Rd.)
The in-store appearances are part of a month-long Club Jenna sweepstakes that offers lucky winners the chance to win a bowling date with Sophia Rossi, Brea Bennett, Roxy Jezel, and Ashton Moore.
Rogers and his staff developed the promotion with Club Jenna's Kris Grdina and Linda Johnson.
"Club Jenna is located here in our hometown of Phoenix, and our customers love Club Jenna products," Fascinations marketing director Sean Rogers told AVN. "We had this idea: rather than just do an in-store signing, how much fun would it be to have the customers go on a date with the Club Jenna girls? You're not going to have a romantic weekend with them, and going out bowling seemed like a lot of fun and it was definitely within our brand personality. We consider ourselves to be a retailer that is all about celebrating sexuality, and we always want that to be a fun experience for people."
Fascinations will announce the contest winners on May 31. "Six customers will be able to go on to bowling date and each of them will be able to bring a friend," Rogers explained. "In addition to that, we're giving away over 100 other prizes; honestly, the odds of winning are really good compared to most sweepstakes you enter. We're giving away golf putters, signed DVDs, posters and all kinds of stuff."
In connection with the contest, Fascinations is also selling limited edition Club Jenna bowling league shirts to benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Last year, the retail chain was able to donate $24,000 to the cause, matching $12,000 in customer donations through a store fundraiser.
"We have a really solid relationship with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation in Phoenix," Rogers said. "Our director of purchasing has a daughter who has CF, and another person in the same department has a son with CF. Our corporate office is 30 some-odd people, so to have two children with that disease, it really hits home."
Fascinations is offering the shirts to customers for $10. The chain also hired a professional photographer to provide fans with free 4X6 photos and 8x10 shots for purchases of $50 or more.
Bennett and Rossi will sign in Tempe from 4:30 – 6:30 pm while Sophia and Roxy appear at the Tolleson outlet. The girls will then swap places to continue signing from 9-11 at both locations.
