PORTLAND, Ore. - Vivid Alt head Eon McKai is among the featured artists in a photography exhibit at famed Portland punk club Satyricon (125 N.W. 6th Ave.) opening this week.
Entitled “PDX Party People: Shot in the Streets,” the exhibit is curated by Secret Tiger Club and includes works by McKai, Rhys Balmer (who photographed the Adult Entertainment Expo and 2007 AVN Awards show for AVN), $irCharle$, Michael J. Demeo and FJParsa.
The Satyricon show opens Thursday night at 9 p.m. as part of the monthly First Thursday art walk, a Portland tradition that offers locals a chance to tour all of the galleries and meet established and emerging artists alike.
"Portland is an alt epicenter," said McKai, who is currently celebrating the release of his Vivid-Alt movie Debbie Does Dallas. “Secret Tiger Club's curator is OG alt girl Debra Jean Danger's creation…she’s one of Suicide Girls’ first models and set the tone for how wild alt girls act online."
