LOS ANGELES – Dustin Flynt and Jimmy Flynt II have formed their own company, Flynt Media Corp. The studio will debut in January at the 2009 AVN Adult Entertainment Expo with an opulent launch party for the self-titled FLYNT video line.
Dustin and Jimmy are the nephews of HUSTLER founder Larry Flynt. The new venture is entirely separate from Larry Flynt Publications, which operates Hustler Video and LFP Distribution.
"This is the next generation Flynt," said Dustin Flynt. "With the new line, we are looking to bring back the class and elegance of classic erotica. While the content is cutting-edge and right in line with today’s genres and niches, we wanted to capture that feeling of adult entertainment being more than just a means to an end but part of a complete lifestyle. That’s what we’re aiming to do with FLYNT, and we’re putting some big things together based around those concepts."
Flynt Media plans to release four titles per month, starting Jan. 12 with Xtreme Jugs No. 1. The company has tapped ex-Pure Play Media rep Bill Rix as director of sales and marketing.
In addition, the Flynts are in talks with outside production companies about potential distribution partnerships under the banner of Flynt Media Distribution.

We're working with some of the industry's top directors and scouring the globe for a bevy of new gorgeous beauties for our productions. The FLYNT launch party will take place Friday, Jan. 9, at the exclusive Vegas nightclub Prive, located inside the Planet Hollywood casino.
