Devinn Lane Tapped to Direct Sin City’s Pink Paradise 2

Sin City Films has hired former Wicked Pictures contract girl Devinn Lane to direct a sequel to the company's popular all-girl title Pink Paradise. According to Lane, principal photography is slated to begin next week.

"[Sin City General Manager] Scott Justice came to me and wanted to know if I had any ideas for a sequel to Pink Paradise, and I told him I did," Lane explained to AVN.com. "I have a lot of experience as a girl/girl performer, and so I'm familiar with how all-girl titles work.

"I also think that working with Sin City will provide me with the opportunity to show a little bit of the nastier side of girl/girl stuff than I wasn't able to show off at some companies I previously directed for," Lane added. "Everyone knows how much I love women, and I feel I can really bring something unique to this series."

Justice said he felt that with her background, Lane was the perfect candidate for the job. "Having worked exclusively with women for the bulk of her career as a performer, I feel that she brings a special understanding to lesbian sex that a male director just can't offer," said Justice. "The first installment was extremely well-received and I wouldn't trust this sequel to anyone else. The caliber of her work speaks for itself."

"I see this as a chance to really get myself out there as an established freelance director," added Lane," and complete the transformation from contract performer to full-time director."
