Dennis D. Continues DNA Branding Efforts on Primetime TV

LOS ANGELES – DNA owner Dennis D. is continuing his ongoing mainstream branding efforts this week by supporting his close friend, former NFL defensive lineman Warren Sapp, on the nationally televised “Dancing with the Stars.”

D., who prides himself on branding his production company in mainstream circles, is sitting in the front row with Sapp’s family all week for the live tapings of the show that airs in primetime on CBS. D. said he is also showing his support for his friend Kim Kardashian, who is also one of the 13 new celebrity contestants this season.

Sapp is a former football star for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Oakland Raiders who had a 13-year career in the NFL. He won the Super Bowl with Tampa Bay in 2003. Sapp’s professional dance partner on the show is Kym Johnson.

Kardashian is an actress, model and reality TV star who is known for her E! hit series, “Keeping Up with the Kardashians.” She also appeared with hip-hop star Ray J in the notorious sex tape, Kim Kardashian Superstar, which was released by Vivid Entertainment Group in 2007. Her professional dance partner for the competition is Mark Ballas.

The three-night premiere of the seventh season of “Dancing with the Stars” began on Monday. Thirteeen new celebrities are competing for the top prize in the dance competition that pairs famous amateurs with pros.
