LOS ANGELES - Non-profit advocacy organization b.a.b.e. (breast awareness benefits everyone) will be holding its second annual "Babes and Aces Charity Celebrity Poker Tournament" on June 21 at Hollywood Park Casino in Los Angeles.
Over 25 adult stars are set to join various celebrities from television, movies and music. The event will also feature a full house of fans to help raise funds in the ongoing fight to keep breasts healthy.
In addition to a Texas Hold 'Em No-Limit Poker Tournament with a $5,000 grand prize, there will also be Babes and Aces poker and blackjack tables where players can compete for prizes, an auction, and a buffet.
Adult stars scheduled to appear include Teravision owner Tera Patrick, Wicked Pictures contract starlet Stormy Daniels, Jenna Haze, Gina Lynn, Sunny Lane, b.a.b.e. spokeswoman Taylor Wane, and many more. There will be a $250 buy-in for the tournament, and $100 admission for those who just want to come to party and play for prizes.
"Babes and Aces is a very powerful combination, and when you add the support of AVN, Erotica LA, and the F.A.M.E. Awards, the power grows exponentially," said Marcia Hrichison, executive director of b.a.b.e. "The second annual tournament will be at least twice as effective in raising funds and awareness. In addition, the first 100 players to purchase $250 Texas Hold 'Em entries will receive a pair of free VIP tickets to Erotica LA ($150 value) an annual, three-day sexuality and lifestyle exposition, set for June 22-24 at the LA Convention Center.
In addition to supporting the Eileen Stein Jacoby Fund, at Fox Chase Cancer Center in Philadelphia, donations will also be made to other organizations such as the Wellness Centers; Westside Family Health Center in Los Angeles; and the nationwide 'Check Em, Don't Neglect Em Campaign.
