At this year's Adult Entertainment Expo, Arrow Productions proved that the classics never go out of style. While new-breed gonzo companies parked 40-foot recreational vehicles on the convention floor, Arrow stole the show with its own automotive display: a yellow 1974 Corvette Stingray emblazoned with the original Deep Throat poster art.

Arrow unveiled the car at AEE to promote its 35th anniversary HD-DVD reissue of the landmark Gerard Damiano film. "The car has never been photographed more," said Arrow's Paul Interlandi. "We did probably four TV interviews sitting in the car – pretty much every magazine that had photographers there shot pictures of the car; adult talent took photos with it, too."

Arrow plans to take the custom-painted 'Vette out on a series of promotional jaunts this year. On Feb. 9, the Throat-mobile will be exhibited at the grand opening of Adult Factory Outlet (12445 Gladstone Ave., Selmar, CA) from 10:30 a.m. – 3 p.m. Interlandi and company will be raffling off Deep Throat T-shirts and other merchandise at the event.

On March 9 -10, the high-performance vehicle will be on display at the 15th Annual Gambler's Classic Car Show at the River Palms Hotel & Casino in Laughlin, Nevada.

Interlandi confirmed that Arrow will be taking the car to other auto shows and adult-oriented events later this year. "We've owned the car since '88, so at this point in its life, it's mainly a show car," he said. "Guys like cars – if you can combine cars with adult entertainment, what could be better?"
