Adult Entertainment Capital Invests in 'Stiletto'

TUSTIN, Calif. - Adult Entertainment Capital has acquired a 5 percent stake in Stiletto magazine from publisher Gary Gottlieb.

Stiletto covers adult entertainment news with an emphasis on the nightclub industry. The magazine is distributed free through strip clubs, adult and mainstream retailers, swinger's events and news racks in Nevada and California.

"Although Adult Entertainment Capital does not invest in singular publications as a rule, we made the decision to invest in the niche market and broadcast opportunities that exist with Stiletto Magazine considering Gary Gottlieb's forward-looking business plans," said AEC chief Milton "Todd" Ault III.

Gottlieb estimates Stiletto's circulation at 60,000. "We pride ourselves in providing provocative pictures and stimulating stories to an audience across all demographics, while remaining a PG-13 rated publication," he said.

Stiletto has featured many of the adult video industry's hottest stars, including Alexis Amore, Carmen Hart, jessica drake, Kaylani Lei, Nikki Benz, Trina Michaels, Shy Love, Eva Angelina, Memphis Monroe and August. The magazine's October issue will feature Adam & Eve contract girl Kayden Kross on the cover.

"We also showcase our version of the 'centerfold' common to gentlemen's magazines, our Ms. Stiletto," Gottlieb said. "Each Ms. Stiletto is an acclaimed house entertainer from a California or Nevada adult nightclub."

Adult Entertainment Capital (ADLE.OB) is a publicly traded investment firm launched in September with Ault as CEO and Spice Channel founder Mark Graff as vice chairman. The company's portfolio includes Rock Candy Entertainment, ComedyNet, and Internet Lending Group.
