AIM: All HIV Exposures Identified; Thus Far All Are Negative

SHERMAN OAKS, Calif.—AIM Healthcare Foundation told AVN Tuesday afternoon that it has contacted and tested at least once all identified exposures generated from Patient Zero and that all performers have thus far tested negative.

“Everyone is still continuing to test negative,” AIM Healthcare administrator Jennifer Miller said. “We’re confident that we have all the partner information and that we have contacted all the partners and done all the [initial] testing. So we believe that everyone’s been notified and everybody is continuing to test negative—all partners involved. Which, as of this moment, is great news.”

Miller said that AIM expects to receive final testing results for all the quarantined performers by the first week of November. She would not identify how many first and second generation performers were exposed to Patient Zero.
