Puma Swede Chopper Pilot's License Revoked

VAN NUYS, Calif. – Gee, all she was doing was thanking him for the helicopter flight, but now it's no more sky-high fun for pilot David Marz, whose license has been revoked.

As previously reported in February by AVN.com, chopper pilot Marz was accused of getting oral sex from his passenger, busty 2009 AVN Web Starlet of the Year nominee Puma Swede while taking her on a flight in 2007. The incident was even filmed.

Following a review, the National Transportation Safety Board found the body of the largely-endowed Swede was blocking access to the copter's controls. As a result, Marz's pilot's license has been suspended; he has the option to reapply in a year,

According to Aero-News, it's actually amazing that Marz is able to reapply at all, considering his longtime problem record with government flight agencies. In 2002, he received a 30-day suspension for showy aerobatics below 1,500 feet and over a populated area; in 2003 he lost his license for landing too close to personnel at the Marine Corps Air Station in Miramar, Calif.; and in 2005, the FAA suspended him for 230 days for flying passengers in a helicopter he knew was damaged. And going back to 1986, his license was revoked for flying with a forged medical certificate.

Marz, who's also flown Rocker Tommy Lee and other famous passengers, saw the oral gift from Swede as just part of his perks flying a porn celebrity.  He told San Diego’s KFMB-AM Talk Radio, “That’s how we roll and it’s no big deal.”

Obviously, the NTSB believes otherwise.
